I am using 900px by 900px for all of my product photos & set as the “Featured Image”.
I have set Woocommerce product dimensions several times to 500×500, 550,550, 600×600 and regenerated my thumbnails each time.
Cleared the cache of the browser(safari,firefox,chrome), nginx cache, woocommerce cache, and restarted the webserver(nginx).
The main product photo is still not showing.

September 4, 2013 at 2:17 am #19748I also have disabled plugins and no luck.
September 4, 2013 at 2:05 pm #19896Can you let us know your website URL please so we can check it out?
We might also need your wp-admin login details, so to speed things up, could you also attach those please?September 4, 2013 at 2:30 pm #19904I am using a local development environment running wordpress on ubuntu precise 64, on vagrant.
Any ideas on how to get access to take a look?
I will probably have to launch it in AWS and give you ssh access to the ami.
September 5, 2013 at 5:35 pm #20109I’m afraid we cannot check a local installation :/

It could be this error:
http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/24994this is an error of the WordPress core files which hopefully will be fixed soon by the WP developers.
In the meantime we can fix it manually by opening the file /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js and deleting the line
//@ sourceMappingURL=jquery-1.10.2.min.map
completely.Cheers!
September 10, 2013 at 12:41 am #20876Hi Melanie,
I removed that line from /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js and cleared my browser cache and still I can not see the product photos.
Any other ideas?
September 10, 2013 at 11:17 am #20976I’ll ask the developer to check that out, thank you!
September 11, 2013 at 9:55 am #21132Are you able to update to the latest version of Neighborhood? I’ve got a feeling something may be broken in the theme files that you have, as we don’t have this issue here.

September 12, 2013 at 2:15 am #21363I updated to WordPress 3.6.1, updated to neighborhood v1.3.2, did ubuntu apt-get updates, cleared nginx cache, restarted nginx, cleared chrome,firefox,safari, no custom css, and still not showing product photos.
The first time I used this theme to test I had no problems, and I don’t think there was any changes to my environment.
Any ideas?
September 12, 2013 at 2:52 am #21365I activated the Twenty Thirteen theme and it shows the main product photo.
So I tried adding this
array( ‘post’, ‘page’, ‘movie’, ‘product’ ) to functions.php;
add_theme_support( ‘post-thumbnails’, array( ‘post’, ‘page’, ‘movie’, ‘product’ ) );
No luck.
I removed it so it doesn’t interfere with testing.
September 13, 2013 at 12:48 pm #21741That change isn’t needed as the thumbnail is added via the WooCommerce files. I can’t think of why this would be giving you an issue, as we are running the latest versions here and they show fine.
As you said, they showed fine when you first tested, so can you check with your host to see if anything has changed/anything in the logs?

September 14, 2013 at 3:13 am #21844Hi Ed,
I am using Mac/Vagrant/Puppet for local development and AWS for production. I have tried Ubuntu Precise64, and Raring64 with PHP 5.4.19 with a fresh install of WordPress and the theme, then create a product and it does not show in the product page, but I can see the image using the default Twenty Twelve theme.
To be sure its not a download issue, do you have a md5 sum of the original theme file?
Also can you point me in the direction for how to troubleshoot server issues? I have total access to the server. I there something in particular I should look for i.e. php, versions, permissions, log errors, environmental variables?
September 14, 2013 at 4:07 am #21849I see it is a javascript error with Woocommerce Flexslider v2.1
* jQuery FlexSlider v2.1
* http://www.woothemes.com/flexslider/
* Copyright 2012 WooThemesERROR:
<exception>: TypeError
