    I’m having a problem with updating my woocommerce product descriptions.

    I update the description and save, it says that the site has been updated – but the information goes right back to what was entered before i saved.

    I have spoken to my host who have cleared the cache, i have tried updating the product description on different browsers – nothing seems to help.

    Hi,

    Which product are you testing this on, can you setup a draft so we can take a look?

    Please also test this with only the WooCommerce/Swift Framework plugin activate.

    Hi,
    Please go to Admin -> Edit any product -> Meta Options -> Product Meta -> Product Short Description. Here you can change the content as you desire.
