This customization would be beyond the scope of support. I can point you in the right direction for you or your web dev to do this:

The Atelier files are located in:

wp-content/themes/atelier/woocommerce/content-single-product.php

and the Cardinal files:

wp-content/themes/cardinal/woocommerce/single-product/tabs
