Good day!

We want to increase size for images at Categories page without changing size of product images at catalog page but only setting we can find related to all catalog images.
We have currently Catalog Images set as hard crop 300×300 and we only need to increase height for it.

Unfortunately that’s not currently possible with WooCommerce, the category images need to be the same size as the product images
