Dear support team,

I have a question about the ‘Products’ carousel which I generate from the swift page builder. When I generate it it gives me square thumbnails. This is not the result I was aiming for. I want to have the same portrait size as used in the live/ demo version of the theme.

I adjusted the dimensions in the Woocommerce settings but this has had no effect.

Could you help me out?

Hi

You need to regenerate your thumbnails using the regenerate thumbnails plugins for the image size changes to take effect
