We are using Woocomerce 1.1.9 wordpress 4.0 with a Neighborhood 1.9 and a child theme,
Updates were completed and now the product images displays with the 1st gallery image an
Before update the main product image would show and the 1st gallery image would slide up as you scroll over it.
This is really urgent, as our site is awful on mobile / tablet devices whilst this problem exists.
September 10, 2014 at 11:47 am #109063I have the same problem too. How do I resolve this issue?
September 10, 2014 at 11:58 am #109067Hi

September 10, 2014 at 12:44 pm #109086it was a typo, we are 2.1.12
September 10, 2014 at 1:11 pm #109099Can you send me a link of an example where the wrong image is being used?

you will see all the images on this page have the product image and the 1st gallery image displayed together.
September 10, 2014 at 1:23 pm #109106Can you please deactivate all of your plugins and let me know if the issue still occurs?

September 10, 2014 at 1:26 pm #109108I found a workaround, but can’t be sure it’ll work for others.
All I’ve done is added
.product-details img
{
display:none !important;
}to the css
but it may not work with different options selected and you could run the risk of complicating things
September 10, 2014 at 1:29 pm #109112That’s not an ideal fix, will get the developer to look into this

September 10, 2014 at 1:59 pm #109120Can you make this a priority – do you know why this has happened?
September 10, 2014 at 6:57 pm #109248Hi guys,
This can only be because of files in your child theme overwriting the updated files with the improved loading. Please can you check /woocommerce/content-product.php – if you have overwritten this, then you’ll need to copy across the new product image output code.
The only reason this is occurring is because of that.
Let us know.

We have checked ‘content-product.php’ and this file has not been edited or copied into the child theme. The version of this file is @version 2.1.0.
Please can you suggest another option we could try, dordognewines.co.uk is still relying on the
.product-details img
{
display:none !important;
}to hide the duplication image problem.
September 11, 2014 at 11:14 am #109517@4boards do you have the content-product.php in a child theme?
@dordognewines can you open a new ticket so that way you can provide us your website credentials so we can check it?
