    Hi,

    I’m trying to add extra product options to my shop using Atelier theme but unfortunately it’s not working neither with WC Product Addons or WC TM Extra Product Options.

    When I fill out the fields and click “add to cart” the product is put into cart but the extra fields are not sent.
    When I define a required field it says “xxx is required” although it’s filled out.

    It’s working when I change to Twenty Fifteen, so I guess it has something to do with atelier theme.

    Would be grateful for help because I love this theme but really need the extra product fields.

    Those are 3rd party plugins. Will forward to the development team if it’s possible or not to ensure compatibility.

    Hi there,

    Adding an option in for the next update where you can disable the add to cart ajax on product pages – this may be required for compatibility with that plugin.

    Hi,

    I installed the new version of the theme and put the “Add to cart ajax” to Disabled … but it’s still not working.

    When I change the product to variable it’s ok but not as a simple product.

    Doesn’t look as though the ajax is disabled – can you check the option, or provide us a login to check?

    Hi @stylebug

    That’s strange. Is it possible to set the product to be a “Variable” product rather than simple?

    If you could also please provide the plugin zip for us to test, we’ll be happy to check locally.
