    Hi!

I am having difficulties after upgrading the theme.

When trying to change any aspect of the theme options and click “save” displays the following message:
“There was a problem with your action. Please try again o reload the page”

I tried doing logout, reload and try with another user, and nothing …

And don’t load the Swift Page Builder in products (is activated)
It worked perfectly before and now stays in preload.

    How can I do?

    Many thanks!

    Hi,

Apologize was checking your site when computer went down and couldn’t complete my job.
There is one of you active plugins that is causing that problem.

You should deactivate all plugins, and activate one by one or several at each time to figure out the problematic plugin.

    Hi,

We don’t have any similar problem in other installations. I checked with the major plugins disabled and it worked fine so it’s a problem in of your plugins.

Your hosting is incorrect this has nothing to with css.

Try to disable everything except SwiftFramework and Woocommerce(the necessary plugins to start the store), clear the cache and try again. It worked for me, after that you should activate the plugins one by one to confirm where the problem is.

You should also check for your server error log files so we can find any further information.
