Problems with logo on mobile

Hi,
i have a little problems with text-logo om mobile.
I use text-logo 36px.
On desktop it´s perfekt but om smartphone logo is to big.
If i use small logo t ex 24 px logo works on smartphone but is to small on desktop.

In mobile header option i use “Left logo”
Display Type: Slideout

I use wordpress 4.1 and Cardinal 1.95
