Problems to wiew nextGENGallery on smartphone

Hi,
i have a question.
I have nextGENGallery on this site and then i click on image on smartphone and iPad it didn´t work.
On computer it works fine.

But if i use anothet effect then i click on image it works.

I post my question to support for nextGENGallery and they think there is a problem with theme.

How to do?

Tried a few things without result.
Can you ask that plugin author to provide more details on the reason for this error and what can we do to avoid it, since the error is thrown in that plugin js file.

Thanks for that detail. Is there a public version of the Cardinal theme we can work with?

As this appears to be a theme related issue (since it does not appear in the WordPress default themes) then we would need to review the theme code to do anything further to help. Also as a theme issue, and not a NextGEN Gallery direct issue, it may be some time before our developers’ schedules open up to do that review.

A bit frustrating answer, they didnt explained anything about the error and what their code is trying to do.
Guess if you allow they can check it in your site installation using ftp.

Will have to forward this situation to our head developer.

I am sorry for my problems, but my client like the gallery function.
If it not works i like to try another gallery-plugin.

i got this answer from nextGEN.

At a quick viewing on my test site (without NextGEN Gallery plugins activated) I see the same set of theme specific errors as I see on your site … http://take.ms/KQOq8

I believe the “cardinal” should be starting with those, especially since they appear with or without NextGEN Gallery being active on our sites.

Those errors have no effect at all, definitely won’t be casing the issue. We have updated the JS script causing that in the next update.
