Since updated to WP 4.5, core parts of my site have stopped working. I’ve had no choice but to put it in maintenance mode as it is not suitable to be viewed externally, so you will need to login to view, but have also attached screenshots for reference. I had not made any manual changes to my site apart from update to WP 4.5 and it’s all gone wrong.
These problems are:
1. Posts not showing up in masonry mode. They are there in the background, because if I hover my mouse over the blog page, the mouse changes to a finger and you can click through to the post, but you can’t see anything. I’ve tried this on Chrome and Safari. Page: http://millennialmindset.co.uk/blog/
2. Displaying different posts based on categories no longer works. On the blog page I display all posts under the ‘blog’ category and the resources page I display posts from the ‘resources’ category, but this doesn’t work and I get the same as above. Pages: http://millennialmindset.co.uk/blog/ and http://millennialmindset.co.uk/resources/
3. Blog carousel on the homepage is not working and has the same blank spaces as 1 & 2
4. The team carousel doesn’t work on the ‘About me’ page. I select a team member by a category and it doesn’t show on the front end, yet when you hover over it, the scroll arrows appear and you can click through to the individual team member page. This category issue seems the same as with the blog. Page: http://millennialmindset.co.uk/about/
5. The circular counters don’t work. They feature on both my homepage and ‘Research’ page (http://millennialmindset.co.uk/understanding-millennials/). The ones on the homepage render incorrectly and don’t animate and the ones on the research page don’t show up at all. The bar counters however still work.I’ve cleared my cache, used Chrome and Safari and deactivated all plugins and none of it works.
Please help as every day my site is down, is causing me a big problem and loss of business.
Thanks.

April 27, 2016 at 3:55 pm #264138Thanks. Since updating to WP 4.5.1 and the dante version you provided, all is now working.
However, why when I went to my theme updates options prior to writing a support post, did it said my version of the Dante theme was up-to-date when it clearly wasn’t? Are updates dependent on subscriptions? If so I recently purchased 6 months extra support, so does this included theme updates as well as forum support?
Thanks
April 28, 2016 at 4:44 pm #264401Glad this has fixed it. The older themes had the old redundant updater, now you have the newer version it will always get the notification.
Thanks.
May 1, 2016 at 1:58 am #264757I have fallen into this trap as well, how can I update my theme without losing any customization?
May 3, 2016 at 3:22 pm #265139What customisations have you done? Ex: modified core theme files? Child theme or simple content and theme option changes?
Theme Options and content will remain.
Thanks.
