    I don’t know what the problem is, but I tried to turn of the plugin and people were complaining as well. I don’t think its an host problem either, because a friend of mine uses the sam host and had no problems at all.

    Hosting companies usually have many different systems – what works for one may not work for another.

    I apologise that you are having issues, but unless you can provide solid steps to reproduce or proof of the theme causing the issues then we are unable to support you.

    Im having problems with your theme for more than 5 weeks now and tried out a lot to fix these problems, lost a lot of time and money and asked you very polite, if you can send us an other theme, because this one is note working out for me and you are denying this? I’m not a programmer or coder, thats why I bought your theme, so I won’t have problems, but the only things I really have are problems.

    hello

    and thank you, the new theme is much better, but I need some help to adjust it,

    1. how do I get rid of the borders in the header (e.g. between wishlist and account, between logo and menu)?

    2. why does the quickview plugin doesn’t work on the shop page? (how can I get it next to the wishlist button; like it is on your preview)

    3. how can I change the color of the newsletter sending button in the footer?

    4. where is the option to change the product picture by hover?

    so why have I just been asked to reenter my purchase code for neighboorhood?

    my problem is, that suddenly when I add a new product, the thumbnails are sized differently, see http://www.itscult.com “Neu im Shop” the first product, namely Filigraner Stacking Ring.

    Your images aren’t the same size – which likely means they aren’t as large as your image settings and thus don’t get cropped. What do you have set in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display?

    no, they are all the same size… I already tried to upload it again, but the problem is still the same.
