    Hi,

    I have just purchased the Atelier theme and tried installing into my WordPress account. After uploading it, I was brought to to an error page that says “Are you sure you want to do this?”. I have tried uploading a few times with the same outcome.

    How do I go about doing this?

    Hi

    Try increasing your php memory limit: http://docs.woothemes.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

    If that does not work, upload the theme via ftp

    Hi,

    I have tried to upload the theme via FTP, but when I get into the Themes Page at my WordPress Admin, it says that the theme is broken due to a missing stylesheet.

    Hi,

    Already installed it for you.
    You should unzip the zip file from themeforest that contains everything.

    Also installed the required Swift Framework plugin.

    Thanks for the help!

    Before purchasing the theme, I also noticed that there is a under construction page. How do I activate that? And I believe I am able to view the site that I am working on while I am logged into the admin panel, right?

    Hi,

    Go to the General Options and activate the Maintenance mode. Yes you still can see the site because you are logged in.

    Thank you I have got that up!

    May I know how do I edit/change the contents of the “About Atelier” at the footer? And also the contents of the green bar below the header that says “free shipping on all orders above $100?”

    Or is there a video tutorial that I can look up into?

    the 2 things you asked are all changed in the Widgets area in Appearance-> Widgets

    I am having troubles putting product categories at my main menu to appear at the top of my site. How do I go about doing it?
