    Hi,

    I need support installing the Flexform theme. It is giving me this error: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.
    Theme install failed.

    So I followed the directions for installing when such an error occurs (the “optional” route — without using FTP) and it still won’t install: http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/269

    I cannot install FTP software on the computer I’m using so I need an alternative route.
    Please help. I must finish this asap.

    Hi Rhonda,

    The problem occurs when you install the full package you get from ThemeForest.

    You need to unzip that file and look for the “Theme Files” folder. In there, you will see flexform.zip, which is the file you need to install in WordPress.
