    Hello guys,

    I recently bought your template on themeforest. After i watched the turtorial video on how to import the demo content to my website i tried several times importing but without any succes. Also increased the memory limit to 64 mb unfortunately the website still looks the same.. 🙁 hope you guys can help me out!

    Hi Brian,

    Can you increase the memory to 256MB and test the import again?

    If that does not work, please add your FTP details and I’ll double check the settings.

    Did you want me to run a demo import for you?

    When you mention it failed, what was the error message you got?

    Hi,

    If you could run a demo import that would be awesome. I had a few error messages it was something like [X … already excist] and [X .. failed to import], that is what i can remember sorry should have made a screenshot of it.

    Hi,

    The content has actually imported. If you look in the Portfolios, Posts and Products you will see the content exists already.

    Looks like you have deleted most of the pages, as they are in your Trash items?

    I tried to upload dante_demo-content.xml but that didn’t replicate the demo site that you show on themeforest. So i tried and import the dante_demo-content-alt.xml and still my website didn’t look any near like the demo site. I only saw several post on my website but the appearance of the site did not change. How can i make my website look like the demo site?

    Hi Brian,

    Have you watched over this video:

    Demo Content Instructions: http://dante.swiftideas.com/documentation/#demo-content-import

    I would restore the items from your trash, those are complete page setups which contain the required shortcodes for each page.

    You would still need to manually set your theme menu, widget areas and Front Page / Blog page.
