Problems after the latest update

Hi guys,
after the latest update strange issues came up:

1. Scroll down under the thumbnails of the product picture. That row has now shadows, but previously it didn’t have any. All product’s pages are the same. http://lifewear.com.au/product/dreamtime-sport-shorts/

2. Same horizontal shadow problems on simple pages: http://lifewear.com.au/workwear/

3. And again, unwanted shadows here to: http://lifewear.com.au/shippingandreturns/ (now they are horizontal)
+ the padding disappeared between the photo and the text.

Please advise why these happened and wow to get rid of these unwanted shadows???
