Problem with Revolution Slider, text formatting

Hi there,
after 4 days I still don’t have answer to my question in this thread so I’m creating new one with hope I’ll get answer ASAP

1. revolution slider on main page doesn’t show arrows + doesn’t work properlly because slides doesn’t move to next slide…
2. http://demo.bartkov.sk/pages/kontakt/ – there is some problem with email form -> is too short… can’t find anything where can I set width for this form
3. http://demo.bartkov.sk/pages/about-us-alt/ -> there is something really odd with font and encoding when I use BOLD … the NORMAL looks fine .. . but when I use BOLD there are some big spaces between characters + special characters with interpuction looks odd…
