    Hi, since i installed the last version of Cardinal, i have a new problem : the master sliders doesn’t show pictures in some of my posts. Could you help me here or i need to ask to their forum ?

    The second problem : the purchase code of Cardinal template doesn’t work to create an account to their support forum (averta).

    thanks, how do i install it ? Do i need to remplace folders in my FTP with this ? I don’t want to loose some slides already created

    Hello there! I have a problem with my master slider plugin. I create a text layer, change the font size and the background. Everything is fine in the preview, but when I see my website this change is not there. I’ve tried in different ways but always happen the same: I can not see my changes. I tried to get some help with Averta but I have not a purchase code.

    Hi,
    You need to clear the cache that is created by a cache plugin. You can use revolution slider plugin.
