Hmm, changelog says it should be fixed. Try clearing your browser cache and trying again? If not, I’ll go back to them.

Cleared the cache, but still persistant.

We also tried it on a virtual machine with a real IE9.

Just heard back from them and they said the site is working 100% for them in IE11. I also checked here in IE11 and can’t replicate an issue – are you still seeing the issue?

See my reply from May, 19th: Yes. The problem is on IE LT 11.

It´s on IE10 and 9. And of course IE8 – but IE8 doesn´t support anything 😉 so that doesn´t matter.

It wasn´t a good idea to use “IElt11” in the title :[

I’m still awaiting a reply from last month from them – have just replied again to try and get a response.

Can you just double check for me that the same issue is present on the Twenty 15 theme?

I´m afraid, I can´t. I´m not able to switch back to any other theme once Cardinal was applied in a multisite.

It´s an issue I haven´t reported yet.

If I have the time I´ll set up another WP just for testing this.

Just got a response from them:

I double checked the page, as mentioned before the page has a script file that overrides jQuery’s browser object which is defined in jQuery migrate and Master Slider JS file.
In order to isolate and find the issue, please try to deactivate all plugins on your website.
If that resolved the issue, reactive each plugin individually until finding the cause.

This isn’t to do with the theme – so can you please try this?
