    Hi there! Awsome theme! Been using it for almost every project!

    Now to the problem:

    For a few weeks now we are experiencing a problem with the font(s) for the icons. They are not visualizing properly. Yesterday we made a change putting up a Revolution slider on top of the homepage and its navigation arrows are having the same problem.

    The strange thing is that when I am logged in the CP everything works fine, but when I am not – it’s messed up.

    Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hi,

    It seems to be because of this error.

    The website url should match(both use www or don’t use it) because the browser consider this a security issue since a url with www and the same site site url without www it’s considered a different domain.

    check in the general settings the WordPress Address (URL) should the same has the Site Address (URL)

    Hope it helps.

    Hello again,

    Thanks for your response. But the problem is still there. Both addresses match and both have www in them. I attach a screenshot.

    Is there something else to cause the issue? Or is there another way to solve it?

    Thanks again in advance!

    Will need to check your site.

    What is the login url? And check if the provide credentials in the form are working so I can login.

    It’s caused by your server, add this to your .htaccess file.

    # Apache config
    <FilesMatch ".(eot|ttf|otf|woff|svg)”>
    	Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
    </FilesMatch>

    Thanks.

    Hi Cardinal team

    I hope you are fine!

    Please can you helpme? i’ve had a problems with slider revolution when i try to add my own font.

    1. First I added the font to my ftp folder (/webfont)
    2. I wrote the @font-face code in my style sheet.
    3. I wrote the same @font-face code in the custom css of the slider revolution.
    4. The new font is not showing on the slider revolution settings.

    Thank you in advance for your help.

    Vanessa

    Are you sure you have followed the instructions? https://www.themepunch.com/faq/use-fonts-google-fonts/.

    They quote:

    IMPORTANT NOTE! Adding fonts this way usually will mean that the custom font won’t show up in the slider’s admin back-end. However, as long as the steps above were followed correctly, the font will show up when you view the slider from the front-end of your site.
