    Hello Uplift-Team,

we use the masonry style homepage format and think it looks really great.

However we got reports from users that have high resolution monitors, that the layout either breaks or some of the elements don’t show correctly. On these resolutions the image quality is also not great.

    So my question is:
    – How can I prevent layout from breaking on high resolution monitors?
    – Is there a way to change image quality (retina images) for high resolutions only?

    Thanks so much!

    Hi,

    1) What OS/device? The layout should work for all sizes.

    2) You can look to serve retina images if the quality of the uploaded images permits – using this plugin: https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/wp-retina-2x/faq/

    Hey, thanks for the reply!

    1)
    OS: Latest Mac OS X
    Browser: Chrome (Current version)

We also had the issue that on another ultra high resolution monitor the big image Slider on the left displayed only the top half of the image. The difficult thing is we can’t really recreate and pinpoint the problem right now.

    2) thanks, will give it a try.

    1) You sure it was not a browser cache issue?
