    I have set up a coupon where if our reps spend over $200 then they get free shipping. The problem I’m having is that once the rep is on the cart page, it’ll indicate that they will get free shipping… However once the rep enters in their address, it’ll show all the shipping prices even though it will also show free shipping as an option.

    I would like it that even if they were to calculate their shipping, it will ONLY SHOW FREE SHIPPING if the total is $200 or more.

    Is this something that you guys could help me with?

    Please can you check if the same happens with twentyfourteen enabled? Just so we can check whether it’s down to the theme or not

    I just checked, it does the same thing with the twentyfourteen theme.

    Than it’s not a theme issue, you’ll need to contact woocommerce support
