    We are still in the process of setting up our site, but with the Woocommerce update and the Atelier update this morning, we might have found an issue that was not there previously.

    The checkout option is missing in the dropdown Shopping Cart menu on all pages except home page (see screenshot).

    Additionally the “Proceed To Checkout” option is missing when I navigate to the shopping cart. It only shows the option to “Continue Shopping” (see screenshot).

    Also when choosing the “Sign Up” option in the dropdown Account menu, it takes me to a page that is actually for logging in not creating an account. Additionally it is very dark and hard to read. I’m assuming this is because of my color choices in CSS and can be adjusted, but the link is definitely messed up (see screenshot).

    Hi,

    Can you update to our latest 1.22 version?
    Go to Appearance-> Themes and click on Atelier details and update.

    Clear the cache after this and try again.

    The theme was updated to 1.22 but the problem is still there. I also tried deleting the theme completely and reinstalling/updating to 1.22.

    The site was tested with Safari and Chrome.

    For the sign up page – make sure you have registration enabled in the WooCommerce > Settings panel (My account registration).

    Thanks, Ed. I got the issue with the Account registration sorted and that is now working.

    Unfortunately the issue with checkout is still there. I have gotten rid of all my custom CSS just to test this scenario out (see screenshot). I have also cleared the cache and tried 2 different browsers on 2 different computers.

    1. There is no checkout button on any page other than the first page in the shopping cart drop down (see screenshot).

    2. There is no option to go to checkout once you are on the shopping cart page. It only has the option to continue shopping (see screenshot). Shouldn’t the customer be able to go to checkout from the shopping cart page?!?

    Hi Kyle,

    I ended up deleting Atelier, reseting the database and reinstalling Atelier. I am re-doing the whole thing from scratch and if I run into the same problem I will let you know.
