I’m trying to update my website to the latest theme version and also update plugins and it’s not allow me to do so. I keep getting and error message that says, “Could not remove the old plugin/theme.” I’m not sure if this is because it’s been a while since i tried updating, but I would like some help with this if you can, please.

Hi,
It seems directory permission issue. Please make sure that you have 644 permission to all wordpress, theme.

You should try finding a solution on Google, unfortunately we only have time to support theme issues/customisations. Your issue is a general wordpress issue.

If you contact your hosting providers they may help you

Hello,

I’ve been trying to figure out what the problem is still and I wonder if it’s something like “#156306” experienced. I get the same error message when updating the theme or plugins.
