Prevent Team Carousel from cropping feature images

We are attempting to upload images for the Team Carousel and want the images to appear un-cropped. I can not identify what is causing the images to be cropped. If you refer to the fourth profile: Jean Schmidt, Vice President, Chief People Officer and Corporate Secretary her image has been resized to 270px x 270px. We want the width to remain as 270px but all the entire height of the image to be shown.

Can you help suggest a custom css adjustment?

Disregard the other team profiles listed. We going to upload new images of the same dimensions as we did for Jean Schmidt. We are adding each profile photo in the feature image section as 400px x 560px.

Hi,

That seems due to the image format ratio.
The problematic image is 270 x 270 and the other ones is 200 x 250. The image needs to be taller.

Rui thanks for you suggestion. Do you have the specific aspect ratio I can use for these images? Or is there a way to deactivate the the 270 x 270 forced image cropping. I am trying alternative sizes and getting the same results.

Hi,

They should be square. Test with all images as 360×360 and let the theme adjust it accordingly.
