I upgraded to the premium version of the wishlist plugin that ships with the theme and I am having some weird issues. Is the premium version of this plugin supported?
Issues:
1) The create, create, manage search links are being written to the top of each page
2) The popup functionality for selecting/ adding items to a wishlist is broken
3) Share by email is not showing
4) Move to different wishlist button is not workingI tried the plugin with a few different themes and it worked.

MohammadOctober 6, 2015 at 4:34 pm #218890Hi @brycefrees
Is this the YITH wishlist pro version? Very strange the output at the top. Can you link to a product so that I can check that page?
Can you test the plugin with the default WordPress theme to see if it displays in a better manner?

October 6, 2015 at 7:59 pm #218917Yes, it is the YITH wishlist pro version. The plugin works as it should with the default theme and a few other themes I tried.
This is a sample product page using the wishlist shortcode and css display block on .yith-wcwl-add-to-wishlist

October 7, 2015 at 2:07 am #218953Can you check now and let me know if all is working as intended? I think it was due to our smart script feature. If so, please can you provide the plugin zip for me to test locally and add compatibility with that mode enabled.
Thanks,
– Ed

Managed to fix the links outputting above the header – but can’t find the other issues – can you please link/explain these a little further?
Thanks,
– Ed
October 9, 2015 at 3:42 pm #219713It doesn’t seem that the links outputing above the header is fixed. See screen grab. What did you try to do to fix it? Any info will may be helpful in poking around.
I attached a few screen grabs that show where other issues are:
1) The Shop, and category template with the thumbnails has an add to wishlist button that should open up a modal window that allows users to select what wish list they want each product to go to.
http://181.224.138.233/~divisio6/talent/I’ve switched to the 2015 theme and left it just for you to preview how the plugin should function
2) If you click the add to wishlist button on each product page you will see the modal box with a list of wishlists
http://181.224.138.233/~divisio6/talent/women/alexandra-spencer-test/3)The create and manage wishlists pages should output the following info:
http://181.224.138.233/~divisio6/wishlist/manage/
http://181.224.138.233/~divisio6/wishlist/create/4) The individual wishlist pages should have share by email link as it does on the bottom of this page

1) Not seeing this on your site?
2/3/4) Will do our best to add compatibility for the premium version of the plugin in a near future update.

October 14, 2015 at 2:12 pm #220821Ok got it. Thanks for working on it. Do you have a prediction for when you will release an update with support for the premium wishlist feature?
October 14, 2015 at 3:38 pm #220838No estimated release as of yet – the premium plugin looks really unfinished to be honest, it’s going to take a lot of work to get it to look any good.

October 19, 2015 at 4:14 pm #221652Thank you for your help. I would have preferred that you just stated that the plugin was not supported so I could have moved to a new theme asap. I kinda wasted two weeks with the impression that you had fixed some of the issues and were working on the others. Anyways, still a great theme you have developed, I’ll follow the releases and if the plugin becomes supported…will switch back in the future.
October 19, 2015 at 4:50 pm #221673Hi @brycefrees
I understand – apologies it wasn’t clearer for you. Truth be told, I had fixed the issue that was due to the theme (the buttons appearing at the top, but to be honest the extent of the issues weren’t evident at the start. I’ve checked with the default WordPress theme and it really doesn’t look finished in a lot of places, so will be following the plugin to see if any changes are made to it.
