Hi,
2 separate issues:
1. My blog posts don’t seem to be displaying properly. The post title isn’t showing and if I add a sidebar, it doesn’t pull through and creates a load of white space underneath e.g. http://www.bunburyagency.com/ageing-biggest-challenge/
2. I’ve used Twitter oAuth on a few sites and I’m sure I’ve set it all up correctly. I’m trying to use it in the footer and it isn’t working. If I try to add it to the page, I get this error message: Something went wrong with the twitter request: null
All help, very much appreciate. I have trawled the Themeforest comments, this forum and Google for answers.

February 20, 2015 at 1:48 am #151827Hi,
Your theme is not updated to the latest version.
After the update clear the browser cache and try again.-Rui
February 21, 2015 at 6:19 pm #152184Hi,
The website has got the latest theme as available on ThemeForest installed.
Is there a reason why you think it isn’t the latest version?
Many thanks,

We launched a new version 2.05 a few minutes ago. It’s available in Appearance-> Themes -> Cardinal Click on details and update.
After that clear the cache and check again.
Let us know the result.-Rui
February 25, 2015 at 3:54 pm #153123OK, but if I update that way, it installs in themes/cardinal and I’m using a parent & child theme which is named.
I need to be able to FTP it as I don’t have server access. When will the files be available on ThemeForest, do you know?
Thanks,

Are you planning fixes and another update, in which case I’ll wait as I’ve already updated the theme once today, and when I do, I have to re-set the home & blog page, and re-instate custom widgets.
Many thanks,
LorraineFebruary 26, 2015 at 5:39 am #153245Hey!
Have started designing my Cardinal website. Now when I look at my menu on my site, the links to pages like Home, About, are not displaying unless my mouse hovers over the word. Please advise. Is there an update to be done or is there a trick to apply?

MohammadFebruary 27, 2015 at 1:24 pm #153789Hi,
I’ve updated to the latest version and the blog posts on this site are still looking dreadful: http://www.bunburyagency.com/ageing-biggest-challenge/
Huge white space underneath and no sidebar pulling through.
Please help me!

February 28, 2015 at 9:57 am #153979Hi,
You have an header.php in your child theme, not sure if you compared with the latest header.php of the theme.
Can you just make a simple test to rename that file temporarily so it won’t be loaded. Just to check if the space disappears.
If not will have to forward to the development team.

March 1, 2015 at 11:29 am #154076Hi,
The issue seems to be with posts that use the classic editor and not the Swift page builder. If I move the content into the page builder, the sidebar pulls through ok.
I have updated the header.php file to the most recent one, and if I change a classic editor post to include a sidebar it seems ok.
I have set the default sidebar in the options but it isn’t pulling into the posts. This one for example, is for some reason centered in a narrower column, and not pulling the sidebar though: http://www.bunburyagency.com/causes-parkinsons-disease/
Bit weird!
Also, the twitter feed still isn’t working. I’m getting the same errors as last time (null), and not sure why. I’ve used this plugin on loads of sites before without issue. Could it be a server issue? I’m not hosting this site, and there have been quite a few issues.
Many thanks,
Lorraine -
