Where can i change the Post Title and Navigation Font Size?

Post title: Supreme Options/Font Options/ H2 Font Size

Navigation font size: you need to add some custom CSS in Supreme Options/General:
```
nav .menu li {
    font-size: 12px !important;
}
```
