Post Settings Not Saving

Hi There,

I’m having some issues saving updates. For example, in posts, if I change a bunch of settings like ‘Fancy Heading Text Align’ from left to centre or check ‘include social sharing’ and then click update. These changes are not appearing on the front end? I will then go back and check the settings and they have reverted to what they were originally?

Any help would be a great help.

Hi,

Can you try to deactivate all plugins and try again just to check if it’s a plugin conflict?

When you save the changes you don’t get any error or blank screen?

Hi Rui,

Thanks for your response. I deactivated all the plugins and tried again and unfortunately it still has the same issue.

There is no error reporting either. It just says ‘post updated’.

Hi Rui,

I appreciate your help but I think I have found the issue. We have been using a page clone plugin. When using that it seems to disrupt the save settings. When we create a page from scratch it seems to be fine. So we should be fine from here on in.
