    Hi Swiftideas,

Attempted to change the background color of the postdetail area in the masonry layout. After some searching, I found that the “Bold Recent Posts Background Color” changes the background color. It doesn’t change the bit above it that overlays the image.

Which parameter should I play with to change both in one go?

    thanks,
    Johan

    Hi

The image overlay uses the image overlay background colour

    Hi Kyle,

I know, but that was not what I meant. But it is fixed already. It was just a difference between what the color customizer shows and what the site shows 🙂

See attached. In the live site the area between image and post detail shows the sane background color as the post detail. In the color customizer it did not. A bit confusing …

    Cheers,
    Johan

Are you using the latest version of the theme? I’ve just tested it and for me it does change that area

    Hi Kyle,

Version 1.31. Just to be clear: the site itself is correctly updated. Only the preview in the color customizer not. I need to refresh the screen to show correctly.

    Cheers,
    Johan

Ah yes not everything in the preview updates as it should, not entirely sure why that happens

I guess the values for specific parts of css are derived from the parameters I set, in a separate css file ?

    Possibly yes
