Possible bug – Wistia videos not showing

Hey Dante,

I am using more and more shortcodes and I have encountered a possible bug that makes embedded videos not appearing.

Here is a page I am doing tests on: http://www.idioplatform.com/resource-archive/test-portfolio-revisions/

In the 4th accordion I have put a video through an iframe.

However the video does not show up, only some sort of reference id: __WISTIA__553f5687a8478

I have inserted the same code into another portfolio item and it works fine elsewhere which makes me believe that something on this test page is interfering with the video and makes it not to appear.
This video was put on the bottom of the page also just to see if the accordion is messing things up but the video is still not appearing.

The video I am putting in is on a different portfolio page already and is working fine so I think the problem is not with Wistia: http://www.idioplatform.com/resource-archive/how-to-optimize-your-demand-generation/

Can you please check what could be the problem here?

Your url doesn’t seem having the correct format.

It doesn’t have the http or the https

Indeed, and this is how it’s supposed to be according to Wistia (http://prntscr.com/6z3goi), and this is how we are using it on the rest of the site.
Everywhere else it seems to be working normally.

Also the video is showing up inside WordPress normally: http://prntscr.com/6z3h6u

I can’t really decide if this is some generic WordPress problem or Dante theme specific.

As said I am inserting the videos the same way I did before but I started using more and different shortcodes and that’s when this happened. Previous pages are working normally and the videos are appearing properly.

Finally did it using the Raw Html asset, it doesn’t work with the other.
I didn’t deleted your current content on the 4th accordion.

That is great news. Thanks a lot for the help Rui.

I suppose you could not find out why this is happening? Feels weird that on every other page the videos appear normally while here through only via raw html.
But it’s no big deal right now, I am happy to be able to make it work!

It’s a bit complex to find the reason why isn’t working. The Accordion element and tabs element are very complex elements, could take sometime to figure out.
