portfolio url / title rename

hello,

we’re using the portfolio to showcase our team members. is it possible to rename all instances on the front-end from portfolio to something else like ‘team’?

further, can the permalinks be restructured to such a way…

from: url.com/?portfolio=person1

to: url.com/?team=person1
or ideally: url.com/team/person1

There are some plugins that already allow you to create new custom post types with a lot of options.

I love the way ‘team’ can be added with a shortcut (slider or carusel), i want to add/change to be ‘speakers’ – So far it has been a pain to change the breadcrum and permalink to be: domain.com/speakers/don-jon

Portfolio items have their own section on the WordPress permalink area, why not have team and the other custom-post-types too?

I understand but at the moment it’s not possible to change the Team permalinks in the admin area.
