    My portfolio thumbnails don’t auto resize properly some images are missing half and others have some parts of the image cut off. How do I get it so the thumbnails display the whole image? Thanks in advance!

    You have to make them exactly the right dimensions for the element. I believe they’re 270px square (at least on the site I’m working on…). so your images need to be square.

    You may also be able to edit them using the Post Thumbnail Editor plugin:

    @gregoryo     – can you provide a link to your site so that we can check the image size you’ve uploaded? Images are cropped to fit the portfolio image grid.

    The image you’ve uploaded is 420 x 198, it’s not tall enough to fit the space.

    Hi,

    Sorry to budge in but I would like some information on this as well, if possible. 🙂

    I have uploaded images size 1000×1000 pixels, giving it a square and 1:1 ratio, even with that the images get cropped when showing up in the thumbnails on the portfolio page(s).

    I tried to use photoshop to see how big the image itself is it comes up to 270×203 pixels (if I hover over it and capture the overlay).

    It’d be great if you can provide an example size so we can use that to double up or a ratio to work with.

    The standard size is 420 x 315. Can you provide a link so that I can see the image that’s coming out at 270?

    Ahh ok, well yes they will be cropped to 420×315 to fit the grid.
