    Hi,

     

    For some reason the portfolio featured image masonry isn’t showing up. It shows up as a blank page – I have the portfolio item in the swift builder. When I scroll over the white page; it shows that it is linked up to all of the different portfolios.

    Hi,

    Can you check if you assign featured images to all the portfolio items that should appear in that page?

    The portfolio items are all in there correctly. It was showing inconsistently, sometimes all pages, sometimes only pages 1-2 would show and the other pages did not show. Right now, nothing shows but if you hover your mouse over where things should be, there seems to be clickable areas.

    Please help ASAP – this is very important to us!

    Hi,

    The plugin BE Portfolio Post is causing that duplicate category tab an it register the same Portfolio Custom Post Type and this can cause problems.

    Try to deactivate the plugin, clear the cache and test again if the issue still persists.

    We did this, it did not help anything. There are still two “portfolio categories” and the portfolios are not showing up on the page.

    Can you please login and look at this problem. It takes quite a while with your support and I need this issue fixed right away.

    Hi @gandash

    The reason is because you have certain portfolio items set to link to lightbox on the thumbnail – but you haven’t set the image for that. I.e. on the item with this thumbnail: http://joeyhealy.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/PRESSELLE2-500×375.png

    Fix that and the page should load.

    When I put a photo into the lightbox: it duplicates. Please see the attached.
