    I installed fresh theme, i create two portfolio items with slug implantes-dentales and estetica-dental.

    I changue in permalinks Portfolio category base to tratamientos.

    So, my portfolio item slug in panel was /tratamientos/implantes-dentales/ and /tratamientos/estetica-dental/, thats right.

    When i try to acces to the item i get 404.

    I review 5 starts in Dante theme and now im trying uplift, solve my issue and you repeat 5 stars in this theme.

    Please make sure that URL_REWRITE module is enabled at your local server.

    apache mod_rewrite is working fine, only doesn’t work the portfolio post types url

    Its not possible to give any solution without checking the website. I would request to live your site to get resolve this issue.
