It would be nice to be able to add a gallery inside a portfolio item, kind of like on WooCommerce that you set up many pìctures on the product gallery menu and the all look nice.

Hi

You can do this, not sure which gallery your are referring to but you can either add multiple images for your detail media, and set to standard slider. Or if you want the grid gallery, you can use the gallery page builder asset to your portfolio item
