    Hello swift forum.

I have some trouble with the portfolio filter on the homepage cafeklar.dk

I have 20something portfolio items. No problem with all but 3 of them.

first problem is the url for second item from the top. “ministeriet”. It gets a different url ending than the rest. …?portfolio=442 – and it should be ?portfolio=postname instead.
So far I have gone back and forth between default and postname permalinks.

    seconde problem.
two of the portfolio items, can’t be accessed when clicked from homepage. when clicked it just stays on the homepage. the two items are “Café Kaffegal” and “Cafe Ziggy Sidewalk”.

I can’t seperate them from the other portfolioitems, but I’ve been at it all day and perhaps need fresh ideas for the problem.
I have not made any custom changes to specific portfolio permalinks if that is any help.

Any pointers are appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

Can you privately reply with your WP admin login, so I can check how the portfolios are setup and try to help?

    Hi,

can you please recreate the items that got problems if they are not too many? Something must have gone wrong when creating them so they bugged out.

I tried recreating for example the ministeriet item and it worked: http://cafeklar.dk/wp-admin/post.php?post=458&action=edit&message=6

Let me know if that helped please.
    Cheers!

    Hi,

    1. You have two portfolios with the same name: their URL cannot be identical. I’ve named the URL slug for the second one from 442 to ministeriet and, as you can see, WP needs to differentiate it.

    2. You had them set to Link to URL, but no URL was specified. I’ve made the last one link to the item itself, so you can see the difference.

    Regards,
