    How can I make the portfolio detail image (not the thumbnail) smaller than it is now which is about two-thirds of the page?

    Never mind I figured out another way to do it using the page builder and not using a featured image.

    hello,
    I’m looking for solution, appreciate if you could share it. Images in the portfolio items are huge: http://walt.soapmarine.com/?portfolio=bb-lasne
    In Detailed Meta Options I added two images and choose Standart Slider.

    They are the width of the site, that’s what they are supposed to be like. What do you want them to be like?

    I got you, Kyle. They just need to be huge to not to be blurred.
    I wanted to use 640×480 images for this one and it wont work.

    Sure. Here is what I did. You can see my results at my website.

    1. Size your images 556 x 556 for the detail and 263 x 263 for the thumbnail.

    2. Do not set a featured image.

    3. Add (2) 1/2 x 1/2 builder elements.

    4. Put the 556 pic in one and text in the other.

    5. Add the 263 thumbnail.
