Hi there,
I’ve been noticing issues with my product range page that I’m doing for a client. I’m creating a sequential page layout where I have a full width text block, containing text and a Asset Background activated. Then a Portfolio block underneath that with its allocated portfolio category.
What I have noticed that some of my portfolio blocks will disappear (along with related full width text block heading) once I active some of my portfolio categories. Two of my portfolio categories (product-supreme-range and product-viewing-panel-range) seem to be ok but no matter what we do, we can’t seem to get the other portfolios in the webpage to work properly.
If you could let me know whats happening and/or if there is anything I can do to rectify the problem.
Cheers,
Ronin

Thank you for checking the page for me, but unfortunately the first portfolio + text stack (Supreme Range for 13mm Linings, *brown*) was the correct layout, while the stacks beneath are the incorrect ones that are broken. If you refer to the attached png (Product-Range-Webpage-Busted.png) you will see that the portfolio and text blocks are collapsing onto to one another.
Cheers,
Arama

That anchor tag isn’t closed.

Not sure will forward to Ed again.

September 8, 2015 at 12:00 am #211101Looks like the excerpt length is cutting off the end tag – chrome inspector will show it as it doesn’t represent the source. Can you try removing that custom excerpt as a test?

September 8, 2015 at 2:31 am #211108Hey guys,
So I’ve removed the portfolio excerpt from the three Supreme 13mm Lining items (Brown Linked Images). It looked like it may have helped a little bit with the portfolio block beneath, but the rest are still collapsing.
Have included images below. Let me know if there’s anything else I could do.
Cheers,
Ronin

<div itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/BlogPosting"><p><a href="http://182.160.158.231/~briscoau/econo-76-system/">By using fewer parts, the Econo 76 System makes it easier to estimate and identify reducing labour and…</p> </div>
Instead of removing these, maybe increase the excerpt length in the portfolio assets so that they don’t get cut off and the links corrupted as a result?
