    Hello,

After upgrading I’ve noticed the portfolio carousel isn’t functioning correctly (no images display, and the blank space where it should be takes up half the page. The links are there when I hover).

Google Dev Tools says: functions.js:2029 Uncaught TypeError: carouselInstance.carouFredSel is not a function

We are experiencing this same exact problem, but do not use any caching plugins and have tried clearing cache on our end to no success. Tried disabling all plugins and still have the same result…

    Any idea?

    Hi @kawpoosta,

Can you provide admin access to have a look?
    Thanks

    Hi,

It seems your functions.js is not the latest version.

copy these 2 files above to Dante/js and clear the cache and try again.

Also check inside your wp-config.php and htaccess if your hosting didn’t installed automatically any cache plugin.

    Hi Rui,

I copied those files over and cleared cache, but I am still experiencing the same problem. I checked with our hosting provider also, and no cache plugin has been installed.

    Please advise.

Something is serving an old version of this file.

If you look for the error that appears in your site

That code doesn’t exist anymore in the files I sent you.

Check again if there is any CDN installed, and contact your hosting support again.

let us know what they say.

Thank you for this – I had this error and it was a CDN / cache related issue from the hosting company.

    Thanks!
