Pop up – newsletter sign up form

Hi there

I am trying to temporarily disable the pop up banner that appears at the bottom of the screen when you open the homepage on Atelier.

I want to connect this bar and also the sign up form in the footer of my site to my Mail Chimp account, but at present both are linking to Swift Ideas.

Any assistance on how to disable the pop up banner and also how to link these forms to my Mail Chimp account would be much appreciated.

To disable it you do this: Theme options => Newsletter/Subscribe Bar Options => Enable Newsletter/Subscribe Bar

I disabled the newsletter bar but it still pop up.

I’m afraid that i’m still having the same issue.

I’ve been into the Theme options as suggested by Support (above) and the bar still sporadically appears on the site.

Can you guys purge any cache plugin you might have?
Also will need site urls to see it.
