    Hello,

although everything is translated in the .po files nothing goes. It worked in the some former version of the theme but not anymore…. kinda wicked.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you.

    Hi,
Have you missed some string for translations? Which strings are still missing?
    Thanks
    Mohammad

    Hello,

there are no strings missing at all. It’s simply not grabbing the translations made with the .po and .mo files. Like I said, it worked before but since the latest update it doesn’t although the english .po file is completely translated.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Before the update did you update the translation files?

When you updated, if these were not in a child theme they would have been overwritten.

I know that these files get overwritten. I completely translated the latest po and mo files that came with the last update of the theme to have everything fresh and up to date.

So, please see the image attached. Translation are not shown.

    Thank you.

That is odd, can you add your FTP details so we can take a look at the language files.

    – David.

    Hi,

I think by the looks of it, your site is looking for and loading the translation file de_DE.po in wp-content/languages. The file you are changing in your screenshot is en_US, you will need to save that as de_DE.po in the folder path above, overwriting what exists there already.

    Thanks,
    David.

Ok. I will check. Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately my internet connection has some flaws, so I have to wait a moment till it’s back to normal.

    I keep you posted.

    Best.
    Peter

    Hi,

For that to display you will need to enable the page builder for the product pages: WooCommerce Options => Page Builder on Product Pages => On.

When you change the WordPress language, it will create a new language file in wp-content/languages. You should overwrite those files with your updated language files.

Any more translation issues, please add your FTP details and I’ll take a closer look.

    Thanks,
    David

    Hey,

Inside your theme folder /language/ I have renamed de.po and de.mo to de_DE.po and de_DE.mo.

This has change the translation, please now check.
