    Hi I purchased ‘Neighborhood’ Theme today which is a beautiful looking theme and was really looking forward to getting stuck into creating my site with it; but I can only get as far as activating some of the plugins before they crash the site! This has happened several times and I get as far as activating the two woocommerce plugins and then when i try and activate any of the other plugins the site crashes… Extremely frustrating and would really appreciate your help as I can’t proceed with my sites build until this is sorted!

    Hi Marty,

    Do you get any errors? What do you see? If you could provide a link/login in a private reply then we’ll happily take a look.

    We haven’t seen this issue, so it may be something on your side.

    Just checked that URL and got a 404 not found error?
