    If you ask your hosts they should be able to do this for you. I’m afraid we can only assist with theme specific issues, not WordPress installs

    My host just said they can not do it….. I am so hopeless now. Just bought your theme last night from a friend of mine who’s using for Très Bien. I know it’s not your expertise, but any chance you could really help me here…. I literally got no one to help here.

    No, if you go to your cpanel, you should see ftp. I need the host, username and password

    That’s not what I need, I need your ftp details. Log in to your hosting panel, there should be an FTP section. If you are not sure what it is, I’d recommend hiring a developer to help you with these technically steps setting up. We are only supposed to help people with questions about the theme and theme issues
