Platform is very buggy

Dear Swiftsupport,

In the last few days I have had several problems with my theme. It’s been acting unusually buggy in several ways. Let me list a few.

– The Font of the site has jumped to Time new Roman without me configuring it. I am also not able to change the font of the website at all anymore.

– I am also not able to access any other options in the “theme options” section

– If I want to update the Swift Page Builder the whole site breaks down.

– If I want to post a blog article and I set the header to full wight overlay it only gives me a white background. (I added a screenshot )

I’m also not seeing the font has Times New Roman, I’m seeing it has Open sans.

Try to clear your browser cache.

What happens after updating the SwiftFramework?

Hello Riu,

I noticed that I only have these issues when using the admin panel in Chrome? This also occurs when clearing my cache. It works in Firefox properly.

When I update the Swift Framework plugin the page breaks down and gives me a 505 error page.

Hi,

My test was made in Chrome and it went fine, not sure if you have any chrome extension that could be causing problems.

Try to delete the SwiftFramework plugin and upload the latest version that is in the link below.
