Pinpoint theme – install error / Rev Slider – product key invalid

Hi. Our organization has used PinPoint theme for over a year, but was told it expired, so we re-purchcased it a few days ago. I’m trying to do 3 things – 1) get rid of the annoying message at the top for Revolution Slider auto-updates – which we would love to have, but the Purchase Key is Invalid. 2) update the PinPoint Theme with new credentials from recent purchase 3)update Revolution slider with credentials from recent purchase. What do I need to do to make these happen? Do I delete the plugin and the theme, then re-upload? And if so, what will happen to the website and posts and any custom-settings? Note: I am not a developer. I upload posts and tweak pages for content. Our developer is no longer around and cannot help. Is this the only place to get help for PinPoint theme and Revolution slider? The email [email protected] doesn’t seem to work as I’ve tried a few times now.

Have you purchased a version of the Revolution Slider? If so your licence keys will be available to download from CodeCanyon

Not sure where you want to update the theme licence keys? You don’t need to for support

Yes, we purchased Revolution Slider with the PinPoint theme in a package – so there is not anything in CodeCanyon. How do I get the website to reflect the updated version of both theme and the slider? Nothing is available in CodeCanyon because it was a package deal. When I try to upload the theme, I get an install error – theme not installed. When i try to enter the info into Revolution Slider I get an error saying product key is invalid. I have only one purchase code from Swift – for the pinpoint theme with rev slider package. Thanks.
