I have two questions:

1 – Is it possible to change the style of the box with pin information?
In fact, my intention is to remove the shadows and the line around.

2 – how can I do to include “lines”.
I tried to use the but it does not seem to work.

Hi,

Try to add some </br> to break the line or wrap the line text with <p> </p> tags.
Can you provide us a link to the map page to figure out some css to remove the shadow?

To remove the shadows is certainly tricky, these are generated inline and not part of the main stylesheet. The border is not possible to remove.
