    I activated a default theme (2014) and no longer get the error below, which leads me to further believe it is a problem with the theme. I tried deactivating all plugins while running the theme which had no effect. I am running the most current version of the theme and just updated it, so there should be no customizations causing problems like this. Please advise or escalate this issue to someone who may be able to to in and directly take a look at the problem and help us get it resolved. Thank you,

    Hi there,

    I’m not seeing the error on your site now? Are you still getting it?

    This is a server/setup issue, definitely not an issue with the theme. Looking into possible causes for you now.
