    Hi there,

    I am trying to change the permalink on the portfolio pages so it doesn’t say “?portfolio=”. When I change it to ‘Custom Base’ on the Permalinks page nothing happens. Also if I change the ‘Common Settings’ to ‘Custom Structure” it diverts back to my previous selection.

    I hope this makes sense?

    Hi,
    I changed the portfolio permalink to custom-portfolio http://hurfordwholesale.com.au/custom-portfolio/radiata-pine/. It worked fine to me.

    Hi Mohammed.

    I see that has worked, your link takes me to the page but if I navigate through the site menu to the page it still gives me “/?portfolio=radiata-pine”. Is there any way this can be changed?

    You need to change the image banners links at home page manually.

    Thanks for the response.

    I mean when I click ‘timber species” in the main menu, then choose a wood, it still gives me the old URL format “?portfolio=”. Is there anyway that can be changed so it doesn’t appear that way?
