The permalinks were accidentally changed a month or so ago on accident and I have not been able to get them to work properly since let alone break the website when I try anything other than what is currently set. My client needs to change the product page permalink URLs to match her recently changed page names and if she attempts this the pages are no longer works.

We need to get rid of the ? and = from all of these URLs. This usually never gives me issues but this is wearing me out. The hosting provider at one point tried to help and they noticed the htaccess was missing the permalink info once I tried to change it. No idea what is going on here.
